At least all the deaths in the Metro Vancouver area are targeted hits. Gang members shooting each other fighting over the drug trade. This shoot people randomly is somewhat bizarre.

Then we get the wacko that stabs a guy sleeping on a Greyhound bus and mutilates the body, decapitating him and eating body parts. The verdict in that trial is another example of how deranged out injustice system is. He’s found criminally unfit to stand trial, gets institutionalized and could get realized pending an evaluation by a psychiatrist.

There’s a big difference between being criminally insane and unfit to stand trial. This guy is criminally insane and a threat to public safety as is our entire judicial system in BC.
