Well this is pretty dumb. Two idiots claiming to be "Anarchists" videoed themselves firebombing a Royal Bank in Ottawa and posted it on the Internet. They claim they targeted the Royal Bank because the Royal Bank supported the Olympics and they wanted to send a message to the politicians. Well they sure did.
The message they sent is that we need to repair our broken judicial system and make real jail time for idiots like these who commit senseless acts of violence. The Vancouver Olympics was a wonderful event.
I wonder if it was Davie Cunningham and that spoilt brat little girl who started the violent Olympic protests in Vancouver based on a lie. "No Olympics on stolen native ground." What a joke. Squamish First Nations were paid well for the use of the land and were in agreement with it.
They wanted to lie and turn it into another Oka which it clearly was not. I remember seeing them boo a First Nations brother at City Hall playing a Chief Dan George song on his prayer drum. They have no respect for anyone and they are not First Nations.
Davie Cunningham was from Ontario not Vancouver and he was handing out free crack pipes in East Van getting people all riled up with absolute lies. They even brought a Mowhawk flag they bought on E-bay.
Mohawks aren't from B.C. and have no claim to land within the Squamish First Nations territory. I saw the same Mowhawk flag at their squat right after they wore masks and started assaulting people in Vancouver during the Olympics because the police refused to take the bait and get in a fight with them.
There are some real issues on the table with the G8 and the WTO but these wackos are destroying any chance we have of rallying a sensible democratic response. They are simply spoilt brats who need a time out in prison.
