Well it's about time. New Westminster claims they will repeal a few very old bylaws that were blatantly racist. It's embarrassing that those bylaws ever existed but is clear evidence of the racist attitude New Westminster had toward the Chinese people. Kinda brings us back to that school they built on a Chinese Cemetery. Repealing the racist bylaws is a step. Restoring the cemetery is another.
